Obviously, as this is a weight loss and health website, a major factor we could be discussing is how to deal with stress in our lives. My issue is in experiencing (or often witnessing) systematic workplace bullying. I am really interested in anyone's experiences of the same as well as how people have dealt/are dealing with it.

Eye-wink Lovely to see Betalife on TV, showing everyone how easy it is to lose weight and get healthy. I'm going to look into the Heart Foundation walking groups to see if there's one on the Gold Coast at some time available to me (I work full time). Great to see an actual member being interviewed as well!! Good on you Dianne, you did the interview very well!!!
