My life never runs smoothly, there is always something happening that irritates me or making me sick. Currently I have 2 issues:

1. As mentioned already I am having car problems. My brother in law has the part to put in my car which will hopefully fix the problem. But, he was not able to come out today as he had a job interview and cant come tomorow as he starts work so it wont be until saturday that he can fix it, making it 7 days without a car. So it looks like i wont be going to play group tomorrow.

2. Yesterday afternoon I started to get pains in my stomach. At first i just ignored it but it started getting to the point i could not pick Eric up without crying out in pain. I made an appointment to see the doctor for this afternoon which was great but as i have no car i had to catch a taxi. Saw the doctor and she had a good poke around. where the pain is it is right under my stoma, so, there could be a problem with the stoma but its unlikely as i am not having problems with it exactly, under in also my overies, could be a cyst but unlikely as usually they form when ovulating and as i am on the depro injecton i dont ovulate, the other thing is my appendix. This is the more likely culpret so i need to have an ultrasound tomorrow to check. Once again as i have no car i will catch the bus to Chirmside, have to walk to the bus first which is about 15mins which is not easy when you have a bad pain. Never know, it could get worse and wont have to go to the appointment, ill just call the ambulance instead lol- best not to joke i guess.

So i am doing great at the moment (can you tell i am being sarcastic). I wish things would just go to plan for once. I have been doing great with my exercise and eating but today i just cant walk far and eating whatever is easy (which is not always whatever is healthy).

Am going to lye down for a while as Eric has just fallen asleep.

Today i found a solution to my 'No food in the house' issue. As mentioned, my car is not working so have not been able to get to the shops all week, i normally go Mondays and really neeeded to by then so by today i was desperate!

But thankfully I have a friend who also needed help, she has recently had back surgery and cant lift heavy groceries bags so she had the car and i had the muscles- A fair trade :)

Most of out afternoon out was great, it is so much funner shopping with a friend, i also felt guilty if i was heading for something unhealthy so ended up with alot more vegies which is great. The only issue is that it can be stressful shopping with a 6 month old and a 13 month old who are both getting hungry and tired.

We quickly stopped at my place so i could throw the cold stuff in the fridge then headed to her place. By that stage both boys were crying in the back seat. As I was the only one who could carry the bags I was going in and out of the house with Eric having a melt down every time i left his sight.

So we got inside and both boys were crying and screaming. I put Eric down and he screamed even louder. I pick him up but cant help which is why i was there in the first place!

Eventually I gave him a sandwhich which he proceeded to throw on the floor while Jono (the 6 monh old) cried in his cot. So i eventually gave him some custard instead while Amy gave up with the screaming baby and gave him an extra feed.

After all that screaming, we needed a treat- DESPERATLY!! So we had a choc icecream which she had picked up while out. There were 4 in the box, we ate 2 and she insisted i take the other 2 home! She is actually allergic to chocolate if she has to much so said that if it is in the house when her partner gets home she will be in for a lecture, so being a good friend i took them home :)

This afternoon has been stressful, Eric only slept for 40 min this afternoon so has been grumpy. He is not so bad at the moment as we just had dinner but if something does not go his way he grizzles and comes over to me. Thankfully he has learnt i wont react to him grizzling at my feet so he gives up and finds something else to do.

I am really looking forward to bed! I definatly wont be having another child anytime soon (not that i have a choice), The 2 boys together was just to much and there were 2 adults!

I hope you all have had a less stressful day :)

Well its been another day with no car. I am starting to get worried that my car wont ever start again and i will be stranded at home :(

My sisters partner got here at about 10am after going to buy a second fuel pump as the first one was faulty. He fiddled and proded and re checked everything but the car still would not work. At 1pm i called Lube mobile and had them here by 3:30 which was not bad. by 4:30 they had decided that the second pump was also faulty. By this stage i was getting angry, at who i dont know.

Anyway, tomorrow he will pick up a 3rd fuel pump and hope its a case of 3rd time lucky. By now pretty much everything is new, even have a new battery. Its looking like a new car underneith- just a pitty the outside does not look as new.

Anyway, my day was just sitting and waiting for something to change. i potted around the house doing little odd jobs but not really getting anywhere. I did clean the potty and put in the bathroom so that Eric could get used to it being around.

Anyway, will be heading to bed soon so i can read before going to sleep. am hoping the car will work tomorrow so i can get some shopping done, am running out of food (had leftovers for dinner)

Yesterday we received a wedding invitation in the mail - the last of the husband's cousins.

It's in October and even though there are two ceremonies (one Catholic and one Greek Othodox), both ceremonies at the different churches and the reception are just 10 minute drive down the road.

However it was to my disappointment to find that my parents will be away on holidays

- so it was looking like we couldn't go .... because who would look after three active children.

My MIL and SIL are also going to the wedding - so they also couldn't look after my cherebs.

Then we thought my mum's friend - who is an ex-nun and who used to work at a childrens home (so she knows how to take care of children).

OK, we may be able to go.

Ahhh NO, because she has a job which starts at 4.30am in the morning and so she can't stay up late - so that rules her out.

Then there is another friend of my mothers - who is an ex nurse with grown children.

But to look after three children is a hard ask.

So OK - we can't go (sigh).

But then a friend gave us the idea to split them up - so they have sleep overs at their friends houses.

OK it's back on.

But working out 'WHO' is tough as the children have never had sleep overs before and who can you trust these days.

So, maybe we shouldn't go.

But then....

my parents decided to come back from holiday a day early which enables them

to look after the children and so we can go to the wedding (whoooooooooo hooooooooo).

We're going to a wedding!!!!

We owe my parents big time.

Normally my calendar looks like a drought - just the usual dancing and piano lessons during the week and Swimming for the kids on Saturday.

But last week and the next two weeks its an absolute flood and I'm not sure how we're going to fit everything in.

Friday night I went out for dinner with two school friends.  Saturday morning I did the grocery shopping while the husband took the kids swimming.  When I got home and packed away the shopping, I raced across the road to check out the neighbours house which is on the market.  Then I had to clean the house and prepare for friends over for dinner last night.

Then today the husband went the work, and I took the children to a children's party (Indiana Jones Party) returning at noon. Then lunch, clean the house, washing, change sheets on bed, and bathing kids.

On Tuesday night, my first born has dinner at a pizza place for a friend's birthday.  Wednesday night is the primary schools centenary concert where my first born's in two shows - one at 5pm and another at 7.30pm.  I'm going to the 5pm show with the younger children, then the husband is meeting us at the hall at 6.30 where I take the young ones home to bed, and the husband stays and watches the second show and brings my daughter home.

Then on Friday my daughter turns 7.  On Saturday there is the neighbour's auction at 1pm, from 2pm to 4pm there is the centenary open day at the primary school and then we're off to the bowling club with the neighbours for dinner.

On Sunday from 11 to 2pm there is the daughter's disco birthday party where all the girls from her class, plus relatives, and close friends have been invited.

Then a week later - I'm off to Queensland for the weekend.

Hopefully September will be quiet so I can recover.

I tried to write a blog last night but was having issues with the power at my place, if i have to many things on at once it goes out and have to go downstairs to turn it on- did that 3 times last night and then for some reason could not get the internet to work again! Never mind

Yesterday was a good day for me, got all the house work done, got through 3 mountains of clean washing that needed to be put away, sorted out my desk (finally) went for a 50min walk and did my workout DVD. I had a great day of eating aswell, i really watched and planned and was never hungry and managed to eat 1001 caleries, 1 over is nothing bad. For dinner i had the 13 min resotto made with carrots, zucchini, onion, pees, corn and 3/4 tin of tomatoes and 1cup cheese OMG it was the best meal i have had in a long time! I had 3 containers left over and was going to have them for when i get out of hospital but am having more for tonights dinner :)

Today Eric got me up at 5:30 but thankfully he was in a good mood so I decided we would go to church. The plan was that my sister would come with us and we would walk so that Eric would fall asleep in the pram on the way, if he didnt then i would have an extra pair of hands when he gets restless in church. My sister got here about 8:30 and we left soon after leaving her partner to fix the fuel pump in my car. Eric did not sleep and was very very restless in church, was happy to get him home. He went down for a sleep at about 11am which was very late considering his early wake.

Marchello (sisters partner) worked on the car until about 3:30. Was all done and happy then turned the car on and it would not turn over and start- ok, maybe out of fuel so my sister went around to get some. Put it in and tried again- still wouldn't start! So he said just to leave it for the night as it could just have air in the pump so it might be right in the morning. He will be comming around tomorrow to have a look and also fix a split pipe that is leaking oil everywhere. So the car may or may not be fixed, time will tell.

So now Eric is playing happily in a nappy and singlet. I would have more on him but i can not get him to sit still long enough! we had an early bath as he was so so dirty from being outside most of the day. When he got out i managed to get a singlet on but no nappy so he crawled around bare bum for a while until he pee'd on the floor! he has NEVER done that before so was a little annoyed, thankfully i have polished floor boars so easy to clean.

I am hoping Eric will go to bed early tonight so i can do my workout DVD. I only did half hour walk this morning to church and back and with weigh in tomorrow i need this oportunity to burn off as much fat as possible. As my computer was not working well and my sister was here for the day i was not recording my food intake or coffee intake (oopps).

I am not worried about the weigh in tomorrow, i do think i have lost a decent amount. Time will tell :)

Now i better stop blogging before i set a new world record for the longest blog lol, its easy when i have not been on all day and could not blog last night, and Eric is happy and not hanging off my legs lol.

Good night all

I am so tired - I could do with a nanna nap.

Only challenges are my three children.  Can't leave them alone (it would be OMG).

The husband is working today (Sunday) - left at 7am so I've got the children all to myself today.

Why I'm so tired is that I've had two late nights in a row (and also thanks to the children, I wake so early).

Friday night I caught up with two old school friends - we catch up every month and do the same thing.  We meet at Spotlight, then go to Target and have a look there, and then finish off at a great Thai restaurant for dinner.  I arrived home at 11.30pm (and was woken up by the 'kid in bed' alarm at 6.30am Saturday - ugh).

Then last night I had my friend and her family over for dinner.  She received a package and was on cloud 9.  She had wanted a package from work for 5 years.  So, we cracked open a bottle of Banrock Station Sparkling Shiraz (like a champers) which was BEAUTIFUL mmmmmm.  Need to buy a few bottles for the collection myself.

And this morning, it was the husband who woke me up about 5.20am to get ready to go to work.  Then my first born came in (ugh) and now I'm really really really feeling it.

I'll have an early night tonight so should feel OK tomorrow.

I am in the middle of doing my house work but decided I needed to blog about this :)

I was putting all the washing away when I opened my PJ draw and saw one of my more 'feminine' outfits. So I decided to try it on and see if it fits- AND IT DID!

I tried on several items, some sexier than others and they all fit and WOW that was a confidance booste! I felt like a lady again. For the past few years i have been wearing plain cotton nighties to bed which are very comfortable but dont really make you feel fantastic. Now i can go to bed in silky little outfits that make me feel great.

As Eric is in bed i was actually tempted to stay in a silky little nighty to do the house work but need to go downstaris to many times for the washing lol- not a great look for the neighbours.

Anyway, i guess you dont really want to hear me talk about my bed wear but it has put a smile on my face so had to share. :)

I decided it was time to head to the shops as I wanted to buy some smaller clothes at vinnies, also needed to grab a couple of vegies and other bits and pieces.

But, I hoped in the car and turned the key and NOTHING! not a single noise. The emoboliser was on again- it keeps settng itself and i can not turn it off! My sisters partner disconnected the alarm last weekend but still having issues.

Last time this happened i was also heading out to buy smaller clothes- Do i take it as a sign? should i walk around all baggy until i reach my goal weight- NOT LIKELY!! I am sick of looking baggy.

So I called RACQ and they will be here anytime between now and 45min.
