Brussel Sprouts

A small amount of blade steak casserole
3 Oysters
6 Prawns

Raw feels right and you don't feel bloated either.Its better for you to have raw.

I've been having a few cooked foods lately but plenty of raw fruit and salad vege's. I used to grow my own and loved the flavour but ever since I got pregnant last time it's all gone to weeds. Don't think I'll get it back up and running as we have a great greengrocer here.

I've been drooling over getting some butter lettuce lately. The flavour is so delicate. Going fruit n veg shopping today Smiling

I am still into the vegies and am going to keep having more and different ones as well.

With this time of the year you can get a lot of raw veges .We all should eat more of them.I grow most my vegges this time of the year.

I am still eating the vegies. Today I had an omolette for breakfast, I had some strawberries and a banana, chicken noodle soup, baked beans (for protein) for lunch (that was different). We had fish and veg for tea.

Eating more Vegies

I have been eating more vegies this past week. The brussel sprouts have been new and I have been having a bowl of them lightly steamed for my lunch with some raw green beans. Then I have been having more at tea time with some broccoli, beans and carrots. I have tried to increase my vegies and decrease my fruit intake. I am enjoying the taste. I have also gone back to having an omolette for breakfast. (I only put in an egg or two and cook in a dash of butter). Then fruit afterwards. Also trying to remember to keep drinking the water.

I eat a lot of raw stuff as I like salds .I make a big bowl of mix salad ever few days and my hubby likes it as well.Frsh or raw is alway best.

Your smoothies sound yummy! I don't seem to know how to "do" much raw food. I've been having a variety of fruit during the day and a salad at night with a few bits and pieces. Tomorrow I need to restock so looking forward to getting a new supply of raw goodies.

This month Im into prepared mixed salad leaves. I just rinse and eat. I try have a calonder full supply on hand every day for quicky salads.

Those 3-Way Mirrors

I was in the changing room today with the 3 Mirrors. I was trying to figure out how different I looked compared to the last time I was in there. Hopefully, I have gone down in size but I still look pretty big. Back to the drawing board - concentrate on getting the clothes to fall off then go back to the Mirrors.
