Loose 20kg by October

October 4th is my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary and my grandmothers 80th. The occasion will be celebraited by having a family reunion. It wil be the week after by 26th birthday.

I will need to loose on average 1.17kg per week- is achievable if i concentrait on what i am doing each day.

Well i managed to lose 1.9kg this week so am feeling great Smiling i know that i can do this, i am moving all the time and am eating really well. i know if i want something as a treat i need to look at my calerie intake and allow it as long as i stay under budget (or get close), i managed to have a sausage roll the other day, for lunch i had some soup and a nice healthy dinner so was ok.
I know now that i wont reach my goal in time for the party but will be close enough and will do the rest over the next few months, it will take longer to lose the last 5 or so kg as it will be just after having surgery so wont be quite as active.

I am hanging in there. Still aiming for the 20kg decrease. Must start moving a bit more and it will fall off.

well last weigh in i did not lose over 1kg (800g) but was expected. i am doing fantastic with my exercise but was still having bad foods in between my healthy eating. i am getting this under controle and planning really well. it is hard keeping under 1000 caleries a day but this is where planning is essential. I am 90% proud of my efforts this week, have had a couple of treats but made up for it with what else i ate during the day. I know i wont reach my goal on time but intend on getting as close as possible by the time i go into hospital, once i am out i dont think i will be exercising to much for a few weeks, i will really have to watch what i eat during that time. weigh in day is not far away, only today and tomorrow to lose as much as possible

Have been having a good few days. i believe i have lost about 1kg so far this week which is promasing. today i have had 2 50min walks (second to get a battry for the car alarm) and i have been eating really well so am excited again about my weight loss attempts. my surgery is getting closer so i really want to lose as much as possible by then.

the last few days have been great, although i overdid the running today- i think i need to take it easier when i run, i started to really push myself and it caused problems. Food wise has been great even though i ate extra lunch today i have still managed to stick to my caleries. tomorrow i start a very strict meal plan, will try their way for a week and see if it suits me. it will force me to stick to 1000 caleries per day, so that, along with at least 30min exercise per day and i should start shedding this weight. am sick of being fat, i hate the way i look andwant to change it so that once i have my surgery i will be a new me, a me i have never known. for so long i was saying i wanted my life back, but i dont want that, my life was unhappy. i will be a yummy mummy! i will be the mother eric deserves and the woman i deserve to be. no more excuses, just action. i will do whatever it takes to achieve my goal- i will look fantastic at the family reunion in my size 14 dress.

Hi Nick
I would suggest that you set a certain time for the treadmill and do not stop until that time is up even if you do get bored. ie 15 minutes to start

have written plenty of encouraging words on a large sheet of paper to help keep me motivated when exercising. i often stop walking on the treadmil after 5 min for no reason- just bordom, so i hope this helps.
food wise i think i am getting better so will see.

I feel as though i am back on track. i did not lose any weight this week but i expected that, at least i did not gain anything. i will work hard this week so that i can celebrate a loss next monday.

food seems to be my enemy at the moment! i just want to eat hot foods! no matter how much i want to eat my healthy snacks i just cant seem to do it. I am really good with my main meals, if it was not for the snacking i would be loosing plenty of weight. i need to get it under controle

Weighed in this morning, have lost the 1.1kg i had gained last week, so i am no better off but at least im back on track. Next week WILL be a good week. I am determained to loose this weight. Saw myself in the video from Erics birthday and even though i have lost some weight i still looked really big- especially from behind!
