Having a good sleep and losing weight as well. Too good to be true?

Frya's picture

The Hibernating diet suggests that honey helps you to sleep well and lose weight at the same time. I thought, “That is the miracle cure for me”. It does say that you need to do some light restraining exercise, eat a healthy wholesome diet void of processed food and sugar and take two generous spoonful of honey in the evening. This can be in a drink or straight from the jar.
The theory is that the natural honey will fuel the liver speed up fat-burning metabolism. It helps you to sleep better as natural honey eases stress hormones. Honey has many vitamins and minerals.
Woooow. Tomorrow I will be buying a big pot of raw honey, garlic and apple cider for the morning and when I go to bed a good dollop of honey in my hot milk and then LET THE FAT BURN!!!!!!

Well maybe it is too good to be true at least it is a healthy product and if it works great, if not, no harm done. So get the honey!!!

Honey, honey

I have bought some raw Manuka Honey and cider vinegar. Will make the remedie tomorrow and take a lemon honey drink before going to bed. That will give me Vit. C and while I sleep the fat will burn of my bones. Will keep all informed. At work most have gone down with the flu (not the zwine one) I am the only one that has not been floored. Hopefully all the good work will pay off.
