Obviously, as this is a weight loss and health website, a major factor we could be discussing is how to deal with stress in our lives. My issue is in experiencing (or often witnessing) systematic workplace bullying. I am really interested in anyone's experiences of the same as well as how people have dealt/are dealing with it.

A frozen dessert with a water or fruit juice base. Lemon sorbet is sometimes used to clean the palate between courses during a rich dinner. Major ingredients are sugar, water, fruit juice, zest (citrus sorbets) and generally a whipped egg white. Gelatin is sometimes used in place of the egg white. No votes yet
