Ultimate Fat Burner

I brought 'Denise Austin Untimate fat burner' DVD a few months ago but gave up on it after about 5min and have forgotton all about it ever since. But today i decided to give it a go and lasted about 15min.

I do want to do the whole workout and will be able to when i get a step bench and weights. I think i also need a better sports bra- OMG do they bounce (ok, i know its a bit to much info).

There is alot of bouncing around in the dvd, doing star jumps and other vigerouse lunges which i could not do correctly as i was to busy holding my chest.

Can anyone recommend a great sports bra that will hold them really still!

***UPDATE: Went to the shops earlier and brought a step platform and some hand weights. Also brough a new sports bra for $20 and OMG! its fantastic, i can jump and jump with just a little bounce, i want to get more but i intend on shrinking further so might just keep washing this one until i get smaller.

Ahh yes, BRAS! Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em! I'm now wearing my old maternity bras which I'll probably in for the next year or so and whilst they are so much more comfortable than the underwire variety, they certainly don't do much in the 'push-up' department! Hopefully once I've had the bub and my milk's started flowing, I'll have a bit more volume...til then, I'll have to be content with what looks like a couple of deflated socks!

Love, when I started out on my weightloss journey the first thing I bought was assports bra- essential in my book- especailly given my size- it makes so much difference to your workout not having big things bouncing around on your chest!- you are so lucky to have found one that fits for $20! I am lucky if i can get one for $40!!

I have the "billy Blanks' ultimate workout set- I got it for $20- off deals direct website- it comes with bands and stuff, and I watdhed it first before I did it as It arrived one day when I was really sick a while back and so just watched it to see what it was- anyhow, as I was watching it I thought that looks easy! BUt boy- I did it when I felt better- and I was so sore the next two days! It is def something that I keep in mind when I am unable to get the gym- it is fantastic- you do feel stupid at times but at home DVD workout videos really can be fantastic!

hey well done.

You get so enthusiastic about exercising when your not bouncing around too much because it does hurt when you have finished.

Keep up the good work, before you know it you will have finished the whole dvd without noticing.
