It is an amazing feeling when people start noticing. With me, it was a few weeks (and about 12 kgs) before I got any comments from anyone but my partner, but now they come in thick and fast from everyone including people I dont know that well.

Once I had lost about 10 kgs I started to pay more attention to my appearance (new clothes, did my hair differently), and also stopped wearing glasses and changed to contact lenses. With all those changes people really started to notice 'something' was different, and most picked up on the weight loss.

A total of 23kg lost now and people are amazed. Not least of whom is ME! Smiling

Keep up the good work... the positive comments will come from more and more people now. It's quite addictive!

WARNING: Chocolate makes your clothes shrink!!!!
