When we're busy looking after everyone else, we forget to look after ourselves.

Please make time for you, even if its only 1 hour a day.

And as for the blokes, Some people are so caught up in their own selfishness they forget the people that have helped them get to where they are today. We can only hope that one day they wake up, before they've burned their bridges.
