I'm sorry bout your marriage breakup. It is a hard time, and its great that you have family close to help support you.

That sounds really challenging having the x upstairs?

At least you've stayed on track with your weight. And always remember we're all here to support you as well.

Stay strong, and if you have to use your walking as a release, then do so.
