Hi Renee

Congratulations, you have worked really smart to look as wonderful as you do.

Maybe I'm blind, but I can't seem to find anywhere on the site, an actual plan of what to eat. I see recipes, menus, but no philosophy of the plan - is it low fat, low carb, low GI, low calorie, Paleo.

Or am I being impatient and I have to wait until the right video is published?
